Wolf Banquet

WuLF BAŊKwt

noun INFORMAL

Wolf banquet, also known as a fox’s wedding, is an informal reference to a sun shower. Traditionally, it was said that when rain showers fell on a sunny day, all predators would abandon the hunt. All except the wolf, who would finish the job whatever the conditions. In our company, when the rain falls, we don’t run for cover. We get the job done.

We love working under pressure. We excel at working under pressure. In fact, pressure is all we have ever known. We draw upon decades of experience including journalism, communications and geopolitical consultancy to provide comprehensive advice to our clients.

We understand what it’s like to work in a high tempo, no fail environment, in order to achieve sensitive, delicate, and complex objectives. We advise a range of clients from international logistics firms to sovereign wealth funds on their strategic communications and how geopolitics intersects with their business.

WHAT WE DO

Communications Consultancy

Media Relations: With established relationships in the media industry, we leverage our connections to secure press coverage and manage media inquiries effectively and we know what cuts through.

Crisis Communication: We have experience handling high-pressure situations and can provide strategic insights and rapid response strategies during crises. We understand that it can encompass anything from an unexpected drop in share price to an oil platform in flames. When a crisis is unfolding, and you are at the centre, the speed of your response is critical. These are the situations where we thrive. We offer Red Teaming to pressure test clients’ communications strategies in order to find out where the weaknesses are so they can be fixed in advance of a crisis situation. Being outside counsel means we don’t suffer from group think and can deliver a cold assessment of the situation.

Research and Analysis: We are skilled researchers who can gather and analyze information to provide valuable insights into market trends, public opinion, and competitor activities.

Understanding of News Cycles: We understand the dynamics of news cycles and can advise on optimal timing for releasing information to maximise media coverage, or indeed how to avoid it.

Geopolitical advisory

We possess unique expertise in geopolitics, cultivated through years of immersion in diverse regions and cultures. Our previous experience of on-the-ground reporting allows us to analyze complex political landscapes, navigate local sentiments, and understand the historical context that shape current events. This firsthand experience equips us to provide nuanced insights into the intricacies of international relations, often translating complex developments for a broad audience. By establishing sources and building relationships within the communities we’ve where we’ve worked, we become vital conduits of information, offering assessments that aid in understanding how local issues impact global dynamics.

Media Production

We have decades of experience in TV production..We can work with you from initial brief until final broadcast. Our skills cover the whole gamut of visual communication, so we can direct, produce, film, edit and write your content. We are adept at crafting authentic and emotive narratives. We can help shape messages in a way that captures attention and resonates with target audiences.

Media Training

Our background in journalism is key here. Unlike many of our much larger competitors, we’ve actually been on the other side of the fence and so can help you prepare for media interviews knowing exactly what journalists want. We do this through active learning sessions which can be in a classic boardroom interview set up, or in some cases more combative situations with tough questions so our clients can really feel what the pressure is like when journalists are looking for stories.

This is a Showreel of our work for a range of CORPORATES from global logistics frims, PHARMACEUTICAL and insurance companies and asset managers.
