noun INFORMAL
Wolf banquet, also known as a fox’s wedding, is an informal reference to a sun shower. Traditionally, it was said that when rain showers fell on a sunny day, all predators would abandon the hunt. All except the wolf, who would finish the job whatever the conditions. In our company, when the rain falls, we don’t run for cover. We get the job done.
We love working under pressure. We excel at working under pressure. In fact, pressure is all we have ever known. We have worked in the DR Congo during Ebola epidemics, and shot half hour documentaries in Afghanistan, literally under fire. We were there when stock markets reacted to political shockwaves and economies faltered, our finger on the pulse of rapidly changing events, analysing what was at stake and watching how quickly words impact data, distilling complex information into comprehensible narratives.
We’ve uploaded stories from nuclear powered aircraft carriers and been witness to the fall of regimes and the birth of nations whilst understanding the way a snap election affects yields and how a crisis presents opportunities for those who understand where the story is headed.
What has this got to do with strategic communications and geopolitical consultancy? It’s simple; we understand what it’s like to work in a high tempo, no fail environment, in order to achieve sensitive, delicate, and complex objectives. We are now advising a range of clients from international logistics firms to sovereign wealth funds on their strategic communications and how geopolitics intersects with their business.
